Emanuela é stata gentilissima e disponibile per ogni cosa: al nostro arrivo ci é venuta a prendere alla fermata del bus e ci ha portato delle lenzuola pulite dato che non le avevamo con noi (nonostante nell'annuncio fosse specificato di portarle con noi). L'accoglienza in casa é stata ottima: un monolocale spazioso per due persone, ma abitabile anche per 4; l'appartamento era pulitissimo e Emanuela ci ha anche fatto trovare qualcosa da bere e delle brioches per la mattina. Oltre alla stanza con cucina c'é anche un balcone per potere stendere, ma anche cenare in compagnia. La posizione é molto favorevole poiché proprio fuori casa si trova la fermata delle navette che portano in paese e alle spiagge principali. Consiglio vivamente questa casa e questo host per un soggiorno a Stintino!

L'appartement est parfait pour rester encore plus longtemps d'une nuit. We had a wonderful time in Stintino! The apartment is perfect for Stintino town and the surrounding, truly amazing beaches. It is spacious and well equipped, in a quiet location. But our stay was made all the more special by Pierpaolo's kindness and help, including guiding us through the complexities of ferry tickets to Asinara, definitely worth including in any visit to Stintino. This was Italian hospitality at its best!

En arrivant, Pierpaolo nous a amenés à voir l'utilité et l'intérêt majeur. Monolocale piccolo (max 2 persone) e grazioso con bella visuale. Posizione strategica:ampio parcheggio e di fronte c'è la fermata dell'autobus che porta a "la pelosa". A pochi metri le spiagge di cala lupo e punta negra. Nei dintorni anche un supermercato, macelleria,fruttivendolo,bar ed edicola. Gentilissimo Alberto che è venuto a prenderci alla fermata e ci ha accompagnato fino a Stintino. Unica nota negativa: non c'è condizionatore né zanzariera (le zanzare ci hanno assalito). Sconsigliato per chi non ha una macchina perché essendo fuori Stintino si è vincolati dai mezzi (ultimo per il rientro a mezzanotte ) Per il resto assolutamente consigliato

Siano una coppia giovane e abbiamo soggiornato presso questo monolocale a fine luglio. Esperienza davvero ottima!!! Il monolocale è molto carino, pulito e funzionale ( le foto non rendono l'idea), all'interno di esso abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per goderci la vacanza al meglio... ha un terrazzo con vista mare e questo rende l'appartamento ancora più bello! Si trova in una posizione strategica, a un km da stintino, e a un paio di km da la pelosa raggiungibili entrambi a piedi o con i mezzi (la cui fermata è vicina all'appartamento). Esperienza davvero positiva, grazie anche alla gentilezza del sig. Alberto, che non abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere di persona e alla moglie davvero gentile e alla mano!!! Consigliato!

Nous avons adoré la localisation de ce logement, dans un village de vacances extrêmement calme en cette période de l'année, avec une terrasse face à la mer et près de la mignonne petite ville de Stintino. Ce coin de la Sardaigne est une magnifique destination, où il ne faut pas hésiter à sortir des "sentiers battus" pour découvrir des vues et des plages grandioses! Giovanna je velmi pěkný hostitel, a měli jsme skvělý týden v Tonnara, Stintino. Pokud jste se chtějí bavit, je to hned za rohem. Chcete-li jít do klidného městečka s malým přístavem, fisherboats a dobrých restaurací, Stinino je blízko. Sardinias nejlepších pláží se nachází v blízkosti, a pokud chcete jít šnorchlování, to je 20 m od bytu. Skvělý výhled a krásné ranní slunce při otevření dvířek. to všechno Užili jsme si.

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances ! La maison de giovanna est comme sur la photo, face à la mer... un délice. Les chambres sont confortables, avec des rangements. Les 2 salle de bain propres et agréables ( douche ou bain au choix !) Petite cuisine mais fonctionnelle, terrasse ombragée, transat, Giovanna est très accueillante, ponctuelle et répond toujours aux messages et rapidement. Stintino est une petite ville de bonne dimension , avec une histoire... super séjour

V bytě je, jak je popsáno, jsme strávili nezapomenutelnou dovolenou !!! probouzí s slunce stoupá od moře je k nezaplacení !!! Pelosa pláž je vzdálena jen 5 minut jízdy a na silnici je na trhu a vše, co může sloužit! pohodlně dokonce Village pastí bar / restaurace a tabáku / noviny, které jsou v 50mt. Z bytu dosáhl bezpečně chodit téměř na břehu moře.

We had a very pleasant stay at the apartment of Alessia. The place was a little paradise as it is between a little port and the beach. We were literally having dinner 20 meters from the sea. Not to mention that it is not far from big cities such as Algehro or Porto Toress and 3 minutes from Stintino and its beautiful Pelosa beach. Alessia was a very good host as she called us the moment we arrived at the flat and sent messages during our stay just to ensure that everything was going well. We had the feeling of being at home, the location had everything that we could need in it (from the washing machine until the sun umbrella for the beach). We are strongly recommending this place for couples & families who likes a comfy place.

We were looking for a good little spot right on the water - nothing terribly fancy, but quiet and relaxing. We got exactly that! I would call this place a bungalow, within a small private community. There is a resort residents have access to just up the road, and we spent an afternoon there, but we much preferred the beaches or sitting on the porch with a glass of wine. The apartment is small, but it was perfect for our little family. We spent most of our time outside anyhow. Alessia was very responsive and checked in on us. The niece of her cleaning lady came to meet us on the road when we got lost and brought us to the condo, which was so kind! The house has pretty much everything you could need including linens, towels, and beach toys. The town of Stintino is a five minute drive (as are the best beaches), where you can buy provisions and walk around. But the peace and quiet of the house, overlooking the water...was the best!

Really enjoyed this place. The location is excellent and close to the beaches, the town of Stintino and Alghero airport. The villa is really cosy and has everything you need. It is in excellent condition. A really nice outdoor space to relax in. The view is lovely. In May, it was also very peaceful and quiet so there weren't many other people around in the villa complex which is not too big anyway. Alessia was an excellent host. We waren te gast bij Adelasia 14-21 juni 2017 de ervaring was zelfs beter dan we hadden verwacht - en het kennen van de gastheer, de verwachtingen al hoog waren! De check-in werd uitgevoerd met de grootste hoffelijkheid en behulpzaamheid, en we waren allemaal van de informatie en praktische tips die we nodig zou kunnen hebben gegeven. Het huis, in een aangenaam luchtig en rustige locatie, op minder dan 10 minuten lopen van het centrum van Stintino, is echt heel mooi, zeer schoon, smaakvol ingericht en in perfecte staat, zonder enige beschadiging van de kleine gebreken, of dat het zou volkomen legaal te zetten zijn houdend in een accommodatie voor toeristen. Het heeft echt alles: schalen, borden, glazen, bestek zijn er in overvloed, pannen heeft niets te benijden om het huis. De toestellen zijn zo goed als nieuw en een uitstekende kwaliteit meubels EDI. Dineren en te ontbijten op het terras (ze groeien tot uw beschikking basilicum, salie, peterselie en rozemarijn was zeer aangenaam. In wezen, een zeer aangename ervaring in een herberg, waar we voelden ons thuis, op een absoluut uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Aanbevolen en weer terug!

Dopo 37 anni di lavoro nel turismo ai massimi livelli giuro che è la prima volta che trovo una casa vacanza a 5 stelle gestita da un privato!
