Barry is a super host. He had cereal and milk and a few other things waiting for us which was a very pleasant surprise. The super fast internet connection was a huge, huge benefit. And, this flat is centrally located and has freeway access which makes it very easy to get around. We had a great experience here and highly recommend it.

Barry is very responsive to all questions. Great for our family of five. We loved having a grocery store close-3 min drive and delicious neighborhood rstaurants.

Si vous n'êtes pas un milliardaire, vous avez jamais été à ce type de lieux. Ceci est bien au-delà des attentes, même si vous êtes un voyageur expérimenté et rien ne peut vous surprendre. Je voudrais pouvoir rester plus d'une nuit! J'ai été traité avec une incroyable gentillesse. J'y retournerai très certainement. Hautement recommandé. Ne perdez pas votre temps, c'est le meilleur endroit pour séjourner dans l'ensemble du Royaume-Uni.

Kim and her husband are very kind and friendly! We spent a very good time with them, they're the perfect host for your stay in Falkirk! The house is beautiful, very comfortable, the cat is cute and not annoying at all. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice. Don't hesitate :)

We had a lovely stay at Kim's. She was so warm and welcoming. The room was immaculate and the bed comfy. The little touches that Kim does made the stay comfortable. The house is residential but this didn't bother us as we had a car. We took Kim up on the offer of utilising the machine which she happily allowed and it wasn't a bother. La calidad del hotel, pero con un hogar lejos de casa. La habitación estaba con cuarto de baño y están equipadas con televisión y bandeja de té / café / chocolate caliente para relajarse antes de dormir. Precisamente la forma en que se describió. El desayuno ha sido grande con muchas cosas que se ofrecen en el hermoso invernadero. Ha sido un verdadero placer! Me volvería a reservar de nuevo.

En primer lugar: La Rom estaba perfectamente limpio y más que agradable, así como el baño en-suite! La zona que rodea es hermoso y tranquilo. Ronnie and his wife live in a very beautiful location and whilst making you feel very welcome they're happy to give you privacy if necessary. Nothing was too much trouble during my 3 day stay, and both the room and the communal lounge were large , v clean, well decorated and with good quality furniture. Couldn't really fault anything and will definitely stay again when I'm in the area.

We had a lovely stay with Ronnie and Helen who were so friendly and thoughtful. The accomodation was excellent and we particularly liked having the sitting room, with room to spread out maps etc. We used the location as a base to visit both Stirling and Edinburgh. The local town of Linlithgow (a short drive away) had a couple of good pubs for dinner.

Mein erster Airbnb Aufenthalt, es war viel besser als ich erwartet hatte, eine voll ausgestattete Wohnung für die Hälfte des Preises eines lokalen Hotels. Wohnung war sauber zu einem guten Standard, jede Menge moderne Ausstattung, Smart TV, Netflix, schnelles Wifi, Nest etc. etc. sehr gemütliches Hotel und ich fühlte mich wie zu Hause. Perfectamente ubicado Gran estancia

Umair är en utmärkt värd och vi thorougly haft vår vistelse på fastigheten. Det var vårt första besök i Skottland och platsen var perfekt för att besöka Glasgow och Edinburgh som var både 25 minuters bilfärd från fastigheten. Boendet var rent och snyggt och är ett modernt hem med smarta funktioner såsom Nest, Ring och Auto Själv Check In dörrlåset. Området var tyst och fridfullt och på gatuparkering finns. Rekommenderas för en stad hopping paus i Skottland.

Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Wohnsiedlung. Für Familien ideal, wir waren hier mit 2 Kindern, wo jedes ein eigenes Schlafzimmer bekam. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für ein paar Tage Urlaub benötigt. Zum Einkaufen muss man ca. 3km fahren, zu einem Restaurant muss man mindestens 15min laufen.

Very nice family home. Quiet neighbourhood, parking place in front of the house. Everything was clean and tidy. The location is very convenient, between big cities and the countryside. We stayed one week in August and we really enjoyed it. We certainly recommend it and Gail was always reachable bij phone and helpful.

Gail's place is in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood. It is very clean, warm, spacious and well kitted out. There is a beautiful garden as well as parking space. It was perfect, as there were five of us, 2 adults and three children. We used this as a base for Edinburgh, Dundee and Glasgow. I highly recommend Gail's place.

Gail's house is lovely and located in a quaint Scottish village on the outskirts of Falkirk. The train station is about 10 minute walk from the house with direct connection to Edinburgh, Glasgow & Sterling (cab ride from the station costs about 3.50 pounds). The house was clean & check in smooth. Gail gives you a lot of instructions of how to use everything in the house so you should not have any problems once you get there. A bit of a downside is that she charges for towels but at least she is up front about it so you can factor it into a cost. Other than that everything was good. Recommended.

Don's place was the right place to be for us this summer! We have been here for 4 weeks with my husband, two kids and our dog. Don was very accommodating when we told him we would like to have our bikes with us. The flat has a nice little view on a wee park and the railway at the back, which has turned to be the summer's greatest attraction for my kids (counting cargo wagons from the sofa or while having tea). We have cooked almost all the meals in the flat and found the kitchen equipment a but too basic for a long stay (Don told us that we were the first guests to stay for a month). The flats is in an ok area and very convenient. It is within walking distance of the town centre, the shops and the train station. And biking distance to pretty much everywhere!!! If we need to be in the area again we would like to stay at Don's too.

Lovely place friendly people would use again

This was our first experience of Airbnb and it was all good. Great instructions beforehand about check in. Great location (although our sat nav wasn't quite right but we had had photo's of the property so knew what we were looking for and found it without too much trouble). Only a few minutes walk to a retail park and the station. Half an hour by train to Edinburgh and half an hour by car to Edinburgh zoo. Only a few minutes drive to the Falkirk wheel in one direction and the kelpies in the other. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bruce's place. He was a friendly host who made easy conversation, made us feel comfortable and offered use of anything in his house that we needed. Everything just flowed nicely and it did feel like a little home away from home. Very clean and tidy house - the bathroom and bedroom was spotless. It was a nice treat having Sky TV in the bedroom, and very fast wifi throughout the house. The central heating made the place very cosy and warm. Excellent value! We would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to venture to Edinburgh or Glasgow as it's very close to the train station and an easy 25 min train ride. Thanks for having us B :)

Our room was so very comfortable with plenty of storage, and the bathroom is right next to the room. The area is lovely and quite. We didn't use public transport so can't comment on that. The host is very a friendly, helpful and delightful person. Maximus is also a delight! (his dog). Can definitely recommend this booking. Thanks Bruce we enjoyed our stay.

This is a very moderately priced 1 bedroom apartment right in the center of Falkirk and close to all the local amenities. The photos do not do this place justice as it is much bigger than it looks. The facilities and furnishings are high quality and provide a homely feel. The bath was an added surprise and great value for the price, as was the little area where you could have a BBQ, weather permitting! The private off-road parking for one car was a godsend on the busy city streets. Our hosts were great at communicating and we were welcomed with fresh milk and chocolate treats! As our first AirBnB experience, this has provided us with a lot of hope for future trips!

I really enjoyed my 3 days stay at Akshita's place which is a nice clean little house in a very quiet neighborhood. When I got there I received a very warm welcome into the house. The room was very clean and tidy but in my opinion a bit too small, there was not much space to put my baggage and to walk around. However, I found the bed very comfortable and that was enough for me. The kitchen is great (and very clean!!!) and you are free to use whatever you need to cook yourself a meal. You will also have some shelves to store food if you need to. Akshita and her husband are really open people and great to chat with. They will answer any question and are always ready to help you.
