Let's Make Pizza!

Welcome to my hands-on experience. I truly believe that everybody can prepare excellent pizzas at home. Therefore, everyone will have fun kneading, by hand, their pizza dough. The purpose is to learn to make pizza without professional equipment, so we will bake our pizzas in a kitchen oven. I will give you all the tips to bake a pizza, crafted with your own hands, that you will want to share with your family, friends, and everyone around you. You will learn how to knead the dough and handle the fermentation. I will tell you how to choose, prepare, and use the toppings for your pizza. Also, I will show you the baking strategy to obtain a pizza that is crispy outside and very airy inside. After the class, I will mail the step-by-step recipe to you. Finally, we will eat pizza and drink some complimentary wine to celebrate life as Italians do. Other things to note Sorry, we can't provide gluten-free or vegan food. Lake Como Night. Food & Woods

You are going to live a night in Como as a real local. During the warm seasons, we love to spend nights with our friends, in the woods just outside downtown. After a hard day of work, we meet to enjoy the coolness of the woods watch the sunset from the hills, and end the night tasting some traditional food in a typical "baita" surrounded by trees. These are typical taverns or restaurants of the area (usually reachable only by foot) where you can find simple but authentic food of the local tradition, which is difficult to find downtown. We'd like to share this peculiar ritual with you. We walk, we eat, we drink some wine and we chat; we socialize in the old fashion way... Every local has his own favorite baita, the challenge is to lead your friends in the one they don't know yet. We will walk you on simple paths on the hills surrounding the city center where casual tourists are difficult to meet. These aren't fancy places that you can find on the cover of tourism magazines, these are important places for us, because it's where we spent our childhood and where we still go to chill with our friends and families. Finally, we will visit our favorite baita to enjoy some local delicacies

Private photo shoot in Lake Como

We will start the adventure while exploring the most beautiful places in Como. The streets of the city will be the perfect backdrop for our shooting. We will live together the beauty of its historic center of small narrow roads. It will be a relaxed walk while I take some amazing candid photos and pirtraits with the city, the lake and different spots as your background. We will stop on the lakefront to admire the view. Are we going to photograph Italian-style over coffee? Don't be afraid we’ll help in the best poses for the photos. Even if this is your first experience of the photoshoot I will help you to relax and have fun. I'll provide 30 HD edited photos (individual) and 50 (for a couple) by private gallery in 15 days after the session. If you want a photoshoot in another city or location, villa or hotel or a special date with your love, wedding, group of friends or others, please send me a message before. I will be happy to talk to you and answer all your questions. Other things: *I always recommend to dress neutral colors and avoid red, pink and flag colors. *In case of rain, photoshoot is scheduled for another time or day or in your Airbnb (we must talk) Remember: don't be late. Delays will be guaranteed for only 15 minutes. Last but not least: Enjoy your session! Put your smile on, this is the best thing you can wear for your session.

That's Pasta

That's pasta! Yes it is! But not a common one, is a fresh pasta and you will learn how to cook from scrach a delicious one and then bring recepies and manuality with you forever. I promise! Pasta is one of the symbol of Italy and in every Italian house, even mine, is the main course every day. You have eaten pasta many times, sure, but after our course you will cook at home and share with your guests ! Don't you belive it? Look the "evidence" sent by my guests on my @Italian_pasta_cooking_class! The lesson will take place at home, where we will make pasta from scratch for a perfect italian lunch to have together. Just fresh products during the experince respecting tradition and original recipes to cook. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans! MINIMUM 2 PERSON AVAIBLE FOR BIGGER GROUP (>5) in a different location, my family house with a large open space and a vegetable garden where we'll collect fresh products for cooking! Sailing Sunset experience at lake Como

You will be protagonists of a magic experience! Visit the most enchanting places on Lake Como from a new perspective on board a 38 foot sailboat with private skipper. We will meet at 6 pm at the jetty of picturesque Pescallo bay. after boarding we will sail to "tre Pini", hidden cliff of Bellagio, that looks so wild in the evening and will make you feel like in an island of Thailand. If you like we will stop for a swim and enjoy the lights of sunset light. There is an italian aperitif with local snacks and a nice bottle of Prosecco. We will sail along the coast towards the south in the shadow of Villa Balbianello, Villa Melzi, the waterfall of Fiumelatte then returned to the shore of Bellagio, you'll observe other fascinating villas and gardens hidden, unless you are on a boat. At the end, back to Pescallo, last sunlights gardens of Villa Serbelloni. Other things to note: please advise us if you have any food allergy, vegan, vegetarian, celiac we'll make you a special food option, minimum to set the sail 2 person

Boat Party Lake Como

Ci troveremo davanti alla Chiesa di Argegno per poi imbarcarci dal pontile privato. Ospiteremo un massimo di 10 partecipanti, per cui se non trovi posto direttamente contattaci. Lentamente inizieremo a navigheremo Verso l' isola Comacina, passando i villaggi di Colonno e Sala Comacina, ci fermeremo nel canale dell' Isola, davanti al Villaggio di Ossuccio. Durante il Boat Party con musica e open bar vi offriremo ottimo Prosecco, avremo a disposizione anche soft drink e acqua. Ascolteremo musica e balleremo, si potrà nuotare e avere momenti di piacevole convivialità tipica italiana. Prima del rientro passeremo davanti a Villa Balbianello, Villa Cassinella e Villa Balbiano, per poi fare rientro ad Argegno. Questa esperienza è dedicata a persone che hanno voglia di stare insieme e divertirsi in serenità e buon umore, senza nessun tipo di eccesso.

The art of mosaic in a Little artistic Village

Mosaic is one of the oldest decorative forms present in Italy. During the workshop, I will show and explain various types of materials (like marble and vitreous tiles), the tools normally used by mosaic artist (hammer, pliers, pincers...) and different techniques. You will see examples of different types of mosaic (Roman mosaic, classic and modern) and you will learn about the evolution of the mosaic art, the different styles and trends. You will learn to cut the tiles with pincers, how to study and prepare the subject and you'll create a piece of mosaic to bring at your home.

With my passion and knowledge of Italian and local wine and of our territory, I will make you discover the incredible wine, food and cultural richness of the Lake of Como area. We will try 3 different wines produced in Lombardy (a white sparkling wine, a white and a red wine), which perfectly represent the rich terroir of the region. As soon as we get on the boat, I will make a quick description of the boat and the safety equipment and then, will happily start the experience. The boat is a proper boat, takes the origins from a traditional and classic boat, which was born from Positano in the Sorrento Peninsula. Its humble sea origins and wood’s sparkle, with which it was created, are an irresistible attraction for lovers of boat tours. Visiting Lake Como on board of a typical Mediterranean boat definitely gives to your tour a touch of authenticity and style. This fantastic circular route delivers it all: hidden villages, rustic charm, spectacular lake views, quiet mountain roads to cycle, and a stop on Lake Lugano. Start from the heart of a small Renaissance hamlet with traditional cobbled streets and historic stone houses. Follow the quiet cycle path that was originally the old railway line connecting Lake Como to Lake Lugano. Pass the charming Lake Piano nature reserve; hidden Romanesque churches and tiny villages before arriving directly on the beach of Lake Lugano with expansive views across the water. Explore the old centre of Porlezza-the perfect spot for an ice-cream or aperitivo before starting the climb into the mountains. Ride a section of original medieval road and weave through quaint village squares untouched by tourism. Finish with a panoramic downhill ride with views across Lake Como. This experience showcases the beautifully diverse scenery of the area and shares fun anecdotes of real people's lives.
