Andrew is more than just a host. He made sure not only that I was comfortable and safe but also that I could be part of the community activity's (my wish) for the little time I was there. He accompanied me more than once to town and I celebrated Easter with him and the people of the community. His contacts and information saved me trouble and money (taxi). The house is an oasis of peace (silence at night), located in a safe area (although people are super nice all around). Andrew and his house exude a positive and calm energy. Not to mention the fact that Andrew is interesting and cultivated. In short, if you are looking for a relaxing vacation, wont to live a bit like the people down there, in a pleasant and reassuring environment, Andrew Place is the place for you. tips : taxi from airport to is place = max 40 $ usa or 4000 $ Jamaican. and from the beach to is place about 5$ usa or 500$ jamaicain (after 6pm =6$ or 7$). Tutus is a super driver and wilfurd to. Ask Andrew for the number. Better to not take the official airport cab. They charge 70$ usa. if so = bargan.

Andrew was a great host. He welcomed us with coffee/tea and suggested to do a quick tour of Falmouth to show us the beach, gaz station, food market, etc. His house is located in a secured and calm district not far (< 10 min drive) from all the main "attractions".

Thanks for allowing me be at ur home it was beautiful and accomadating and Thank you for communicating back with me in a good timely manner when I needed something or information. But I belive location is excellent right off the highway easy to find, I would definitely would like to come back if it is avaliable when I come back out to Jamaica . Great place, very clean, comfortable, safe, and relaxing environment. The room has a nice bathroom with a private feel as well as the freedom of enjoying the veranda with a view of the sea and Su's colorful flowers and lovely garden. Su knows the area and attractions real well, where to go, how too, and getting a good deal. Her friend Kevin is a kool guy, friendly and trustworthy. I liked the location compared to other areas, I recomend getting a rental car, driving around is easy, it was my first time driving on the left side of the road, it was much easier than expected. Walking around the neighborhood is nice, interesting to see and feels safe. There is a friendly bar and mini store inside the gates within walking distance.

As Su knew that she would not be present when we arrived she arranged for Kevin to meet us. Thankfully Su provided Kevin's contact number. On our way from the airport we were able to ring Kevin to give us directions to our destination. Unfortunately we got lost and Kevin came to find us. We were very pleased with Su's place as it surpassed our expectations. We were very comfortable there and Su kept in touch with suggestions about places to go and things to do, which we were grateful for. I would definitely recommend this listing to others. The place is located in a gated community and it is quiet. The neighbours were very pleasant.

We had rented Su's place for 2 nights for which Wifi, AC and a washing machine were what we were looking for. At the place we found the Wifi not working because Su had left for UK and in order to cut costs she had canceled the internet. When talking on the phone to her and asking about Wifi her answer was: "Don't worry, you're in Jamaica!" Not very helping if you try to book your next accomodation and the bus to get there. We had to book a roaming plan with our mobile at the cost of 20 USD for a few mega bytes (yes, roaming when you're from Europe is expensive). When Wifi is advertised it should also be available, simple story. Su didn't seem to understand this and her response left me getting angry on how she dealt with the topic. This is certainly not an attitude I accept from anyone. And her being a host makes it even worse. This was the worst experience we made with a host so far. The AC was available at extra cost but we were never told while there how to pay when in order to get it, so we couldn't use it. We were already so busy with the Wifi plan that the AC came in second place, despite the heat we discovered there. While Su was in the UK her room mate was available and very friendly. He works nearby and has to get up at 6am. Unfortunately, this woke us up both mornings. I cannot blame him because you can just hear all noices in that house but you should know this beforehand when you rent the place since waking up so early in your vacation might be a deal for you. To be fair, I have to say that the place was clean and has a very nice porch. Getting there is a bit diffcult until you get your way around. We got off the Knudsford express station and asked the Glistening Waters restaurant to get us a taxi. They couldn't as the didn't have a number, so one of the waiters was driving us to the place for 1,000 Jamaican. It's also possible by route taxi when you know where to find it. Altogether, it is a cheap and decent accomodation for a short time. However, you would want to check if what is advertised is really available when you're there since we made the opposite experience. Especially, since the host doesn't understand that you insist on getting what was advertised, as in our case the Wifi. Negatives: -Wifi not offered (but advertised) -Host's attitude dealing with problems -AC has to be arranged somehow separately -Waking up at 6am from noice -Rather difficult to get to the place -Moskitos Positives: -Clean & rather cheap -Nice porch -Washing machine

Su was a great host. Her house is cozy and very clean. The room is fantastic - with nice soft bed, attached bathroom, and air conditioning. The neighborhood is safe and convenient- being close to downtown Falmouth and plenty of beaches to the north and cockpit country to the south. Su was very responsive and available. She was kind enough to transport me to a local restaurant one evening, and the other shared her own food with me! You will love staying with Su!

This is a quiet, little house in a gated community. You can get a good night's sleep and be ready to have fun all day. All systems worked, AC, internet, etc. Very clean, (l am fussy). Easy commute into Falmouth. Easy to find. Quick access to highway and everywhere else. Beach up the road. Park in driveway. I saw a lot of things l wanted to check out but did not have the time. This is one of my top 2 AirBNB stops. I will vist again!

This was only for a 1 night stay, but andrea easy to get hold of and made sure we made it to the guest house. The house was clean and welcoming. We will stay again, if we are in the area.

It was a lovely place in good condition. It is not easy to get in to the secured living so make sure to let your host the correct time of arrival. Communication was always friendly. The guy waiting for us there was really helpful with everything. Thank you for this great place

This place isn't a bed and breakfast as advertised! It's a beautiful 2 bedroom townhouse in a gated community. A very quiet place with local shop. It's a home from home accommodation. It's 20mins drive from the airport. I love the area and I love the house.

First note: breakfast isn't actually included in the cost, it's at an extra charge (yes, scour all the details- it's there!). I packed a cold bag with some groceries and just cooked in the well-equipped kitchen. We had a mixup or 2 in communication the day we arrived, but everything was sorted in good enough time for us to enjoy the trip! The house looks exactly like the photos, it's clean and comfortable, and we got hooked up with a friendly and reasonable driver who helped us out big time. I'd happily stay here again, and I've already recommended it to family and friends!

My sister and I stayed at the Intimate Paradise and were very happy with the arrangements. Although it wasn't walking distance from the town our experience there felt like home & our host was always more than happy to help with traveling arrangements. My sister and I also liked the fact that our host considered the fact that we weren't native to the land and called to check on us periodically. Overall the place was very nice , homely, and secure !

It was our absolute pleasure to stay at Shalise's beautiful home. From our initial communication, she was nothing but professional and accommodating. La maison est très confortable et possède tout le nécessaire pour profiter de votre séjour. Et la communication avec Shalise et sa soeur est très facile et ils vérifient également vous assurer que vous êtes ok. Vous ne pouvez pas hâte d'y retourner et j'y reviendrai bientôt !!! Můj manžel a já jsme měli skvělý čas pobývá v domě Shalise je. Bylo to velmi pohodlné a cítil jako doma. Dům měl vše, co potřebujeme, aby bylo možné uvolnit a vařit doma a opravdu vychutnat svůj čas tam. Shalise byl úžasný hostitel, zůstat v kontaktu a vždy odbavení s námi. Jakékoliv dotazy, které jsme měli byly zodpovězeny okamžitě. Dokonce měl vítanou známkou s našimi jmény na něj a uvítací písmene! Jednalo se o velký dotykový, že jsme se cítili ocenil! Dům je velmi prostorný a ve velmi bezpečném klidné čtvrti. Nemůžeme se dočkat, až znovu zůstat v domě Shalise v budoucnu! Ještě jednou díky za všechno!

My family and I enjoyed our one night stay at Cabana Papaya. The hosts were very accommodating of our needs and professional in their facilitation of our stay. We were travelling from out of town to attend a wedding at the Royalton and they were gracious enough to grant us an early check in so we could get settled prior to the wedding. The location was ideal as it was only 8 minutes away from the hotel. In addition, the security at the front was well briefed about our coming and so we had no glitches checking in to the community. Audrey, the caretaker, gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival, checked us in and gave us a tour of the property. The house was as described by the pictures--well kept and furnished to meet our needs. We were also appreciative that a cellular phone was provided so that we could contact the hosts or security should the need arise. All in all it was great value for our money. We felt safe in the community and the property felt like a "home" away from home. I highly recommend this accommodation and would definitley return. Thanks again, Nicole and Roderick for being such wonderful hosts.

The listing description was accurate and the house resembles the photos. The house was very clean when we arrived and the caregiver was a great help in setting up the home for us. Holland Estates a nice quiet community and is approximately 25 minutes from the airport and downtown, but we rented a car so that was no problem. Renting a car is probably suggested since it's not located in the city. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Cabaña Papaya.

Khadian is great. The house is gorgeous, perfect for 2-4 people who want a secluded retreat just outside Falmouth. Khadian called us every afternoon to ensure we had everything we needed. When he realized (without me telling him) that I didn't have cell reception in Jamaica, he sent his neighbor over to see if we needed anything. The only minimal downside to the place is that it's remote (10 min drive to Falmouth, 30 mins to MBJ airport). Perhaps this quiet, secure neighborhood will be exactly what you're looking for. The location didn't stop us from doing anything we wanted to do - Khadian's aunt Noreen lives in MoBay and helped us out with any suggestions we wanted and drove us everywhere we wanted to go. Thanks Khadian and Noreen!

A very positive experience. The house is near the Glistening waters in a gated community, very clean 2 bedroom/2 bathroom property. Khadian communicated often and clearly, making me feel confident in the reservation. While he was not there to greet me, his Aunt Ms. Noreen picked me up from the airport and she was amazing. Very friendly and i believe she also is available for tours. Would recommend to all!

Very nice apartment! Its clean and had everything you might need. However it had more than that... There was Patricia who took care of us and has shown us around what Falmouth had to offer. She was just great. She was the biggest reason we enjoyed our stay this much!

I stayed at Michelle's home for 9 nights the first week of September and loved every minute of it. I felt so at home and very comfortable. The home came with everything you would need; i.e. towels, appliances, washer, extra bed sheets and even bikes. The wifi worked perfectly with no issues, even with multiple devices. The location is a 5 min drive to town and close to the beach. Photos represented the home exactly! I was impressed. Any issues we had were quickly resolved. Tricia was amazing. My flight was delayed, but Tricia waited for my arrival to hand over the key. She checked up on us a few times out of the week and also was readily available if we needed her. Michele also checked up on us via Air Bnb messenger to make sure we were good. I will be coming back to JA several times in the near future and will definitely come back to Michelle's home as long as it is available!

We didn't meet Michelle as she was overseas. Her intermediary, Trisha, was a nice stand-in. If you need someone to help you get used to Jamaica, she is happy to help! We were there for less than 24 hours, so I don't have much to say. The house was comfortable, clean, and reasonably stocked. It also had AC. The neighborhood was quiet and the gated community was much larger than I had expected. I don't think it was truly a 5 min walk to the gate as it seemed like it was a 5 min drive to the house. It was a lovely start to our vacation.

A great place to stay in a secure residential complex. Would need private transport to get around. A serene surround ideal for a restful holiday await from the noisy and crowded all inclusive hotels.

I stayed in Florence hall with two friends and we had a fantastic time. Nap (the driver) was the highlight of our trip as he went out of his way to drive us where ever we wanted as part of the package and helped us to plan our onward journey. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed the glistening waters and the hampdon rum distillery tour, which Nap helped us organise nearby. Many thanks for a great stay!

Marks place is comfortable and cozy , it is a quiet little getaway in a gated community . It is located close to the highway for easy access to major towns . We liked the fact that we could keep up with home via wifi and cable Television . I stayed at this place with 4 friends in September 2016 and we had a great time. The rooms provide a very high level of cleaness. Overall the interior is comfortable and a modern kitchen is provided. The location near Albert Town is a good starting point to explore the beauty of the cockpit country. Locals on the street directed us towards a nearby cave which turned out extremely fascinating. There are several small food stores just down the road to provide you with the basics. Overall we had a really nice stay and would love to come back!

We wanted to go to the glistening waters. Of course you can book a trip from Ocho Rios or Montego Bay as well. But we thought it's more relaxing if we go directly to Falmouth. Especially because we saw some pics with boats which take 20 people or more to the lagoon. We wanted to have a more individual trip and asked Tallest if he could organize something. And he did! It's a nice place. Tallest is still working at his house, but the guestroom is already ready and clean and quiet. So we had a good sleep there. There are no shops or restaurants closed by, but ask Tallest and he will prepare a nice dinner or breakfast. The food was really delicous! After dinner he brought us to the lagoon. We had our own boat and the price was really good. We were a little shy to go into the water, but Tallest just jumped in and showed us like this how the magic of this water is working. That made me jump into the water, too. A really fascinating experience! So I can just recomment Tallest place! Go there and check it out!

We enjoyed our stay in Justina's lovely home! It has everything you need for the comfort of your stay and truly has an at home feel. Justina was great with communication, details and very flexible with times for checking in and out. The house manager Mrs. Danette was nice, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend staying at Justina's home, and we hope to stay again in the future.

In cucina non manca nulla: grande frigorifero con congelatore, grande piano di cottura, forno, forno a microonde, tostapane, frullatore, molte pentole, posate, piatti, tazze, ecc.; vi è anche la lavatrice, il tavolo da stiro e il ferro da stiro. All’esterno vi è un giardino anteriore rifinito, con patio e posto auto coperto e chiuso con cancello. Meno bello il terreno posteriore, che andrebbe decisamente sistemato. La proprietà è in una comunità chiusa e vigilata che da un buon senso di sicurezza (anche se va detto che la maggior parte delle altre case della comunità ha un aspetto poco rifinito e decadente). Noi abbiamo comunque trascorso un buon soggiorno. Consigliato. The house has two bathrooms (missing the hair dryer), two bedrooms (one with king, one with queen bed and single bunk bed), a nice living room with sofas. Air conditioning, ceiling fans and an LCD TV in every room. Basically everything for a pleasant stay. With a little maintenance more and if you are able to clear some unwanted guest (roaches and lizards) it would be really perfect. Outside is a good front garden, with patio and carport and closed with gate. Less beautiful the rear ground, which should be fixed. The property is in a closed and guarded community, with a good sense of security (although it must be said that most of the other houses in the community have a little unfinished look and decadent). We still had a good stay. Recommended.

This home was the perfect getaway for our family on our trip to Jamaica! We are not the resort type as we prefer the local experience. The home was clean, quiet, and was very secure. Located in a gated community, the home was fenced and featured locking gates and doors, so even those with the more serious security needs should feel quite safe. The yard and porch had ample space for my family to stretch out, and the community Park is right around the corner. The veranda on top of the home offers a nice view of the sea and you can watch the major cruise ships come in and out. The AC worked wonderfully as the week we spent the was very hot and humid. Water pressure was weak in one of the two bedrooms, but plans are already in place to address that, so I imagine that bathroom will soon feature the good pressure the main bathroom has. The gardens around the home are really well kept, and the place looks beautiful! Since we were traveling wit(URL HIDDEN)yr old, child safety in the home was something important to us. The home is well furnished and laid out so that we had very few areas to watch out for. Thank you Justina for offering your wonderful home to us! We will be coming back!

Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to Justina for this beautiful opportunity of staying in her house. I had a very comfortable 21 nights stay my surroundings was safe and secure for both myself and my 2 year old daughter. And the house host was very welcoming and understanding my flight was delayed and it wasn't a bother to her at all. Claudia is a very lovely lady she came by a couple of times to see if we were all ok and if there was a problem she was just a phone call away she made sure that we fine at all times. My experience at clarkes house was amazing it just felt like home everything was modern and child safe my daughter loved it. Clarkes house was such a delight to stay in, i felt so comfortable and relaxed the atmosphere was beautiful. I loved the top balcony we could see the ships come in to Falmouth. Everything was in working order I never had a problem at all. Im just greatful for my stay at Clarkes house and I will be booking my next trip to jamaica in a couple months time and definitely this will be my number one place we loved it thank you Justina and Claudia.
