Just stroll down a block to Boulevard East to see the New York skyline. For the History Buffs (and those seeking out the Broadway Show) - a few miles down the Boulevard you will find the site where Alexander Hamilton and Aaron Burr (US Vice President).
Runners/Joggers - you will find this a great place for an urban run (only a few lights to interrupt your stride). You can also go for the "stairs" that take you down (and up) the cliff toward the ferry and Hudson River.
