Buttermilk Falls State Park
This park has a great waterfall and a nice playground too.
Taughannock park is about a 25 minute drive up Rt 89. It offers a great hike to the falls and a lovely park across the street with wide open spaces, picnic tables and a playground.

Cass park is great for a families. Cass park has a great Children's garden with a very large turtle garden. The park has a great trail to run or ride bikes on. You can find 2 playgrounds at this park and a public swimming pool open late June through late August. Our kids love to swim, bike, and play there.

You can find 2 playgrounds at this park and a public swimming pool open late June through late August. Our kids love to swim, bike, and play there.
The Cayuga Nature Center offers and indoor place with some local creatures to meet. The nature center has large grounds for hiking and exploring.
