Because... they serve good burgers and tacos. The best of both worlds. Owner is friendly and has started the place in the past year. Food is good and the place is decorated like the Southwest (without being obnoxious - just the right amount of quirk).

Quirky little bar (literally, little - about 5 or 6 seats) but that's part of the joy with the place. Engaging bartenders as well. They do coffee in the day, though I haven't gone (yet).
