A nice forested winding trail along a stream that loops just to the south of Gualala Regional Park and then comes back along the bluffs in Sea Ranch through the park. ~3 miles

(Sea Ranch Lodge) the Black Point Beach trail goes out to the bluff. The renovated lodge has a small deck for gorgeous sunset viewing (on windless eves).

Look for signs along Hwy 1 by St. Orres for CR-526. Park on the roadside. Take the trail down to a nice, crescent shape beach cove. Good for dogs.

Parking lot approach from the south is easy to miss. Look for Coastal Access sign ~mile marker 14.0. A beautiful 2.2 loop or shorter down/back to the bluffs. Great whale watching spot - windless days or mornings best.

Parking can be tough on a nice day (parking is facing North on Hwy1 only). Watch for poison oak along the trail to the beach. Also access trails for Bowling Ball Beach is to the north.
