Fabulous place to go for breakfast or lunch. The owner, Hannalee Pervan, worked at Bouchon Bakery in the Napa Valley, and used to bake bread for The French Laundry. They mill their own flour and their bread is mixed, shaped, and baked in-house. Meat, dairy and produce is all organic and sourced from local areas.
You can go up to the loft and see all the work being done, or enjoy your meal on the outdoor deck surrounding a large tree.

Zuzu is a perfect small restaurant located in downtown Napa near the river that delivers a delicious, low-key dining experience. Their tapas dishes are moderately priced and I recommend their Queso Frito, a pan fried manchego cheese with roasted poblano chiles & guajillo sauce. Yum!

This is an intimate restaurant that only seats 18 people. Dinner is by reservation only and there are two seating times: 6 and 7:15 pm, Wednesday through Sunday, so you will need to arrive on time. It's a two hour dining experience. The prix fixe menu is preplanned for the evening and you can choose from a wine or beer pairing that Ali has put much thought into. The best place to sit is at the counter, where you can watch Michael prepare the food and have an intimate conversation.
