As citizens of Sofia sometimes we forget to appreciate the beautiful sides of the city. The Cathedral and the surroundings are surely one of these places. A few minutes walking distance away university ‘’Saint Climent Ohridski’’ and the ‘’Doctor’s’’ garden are located. Near are also metro station ‘’Serdika’’ and ‘’Saint Climent Ohridski’’.

A few minutes walking distance away university ‘’Saint Climent Ohridski’’ and the ‘’Doctor’s’’ garden are located. Near are also metro station ‘’Serdika’’ and ‘’Saint Climent Ohridski’’.
University Saint Climent Ohridski was established in 1888. It’s not only the oldest but it’s the most prestige and beautiful university in the country. French architect Anri Breason proposed a design with Renaissance forms for the Rectorate building. In my opinion, it’s really worth to walk around in the main campus and feel the magic inside.
You can reach it by metro, the station has the same name ‘’Saint Climent Ohridski’’.

Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski

Located on famous Graf Ignatiev street you can stop by to have a nicely home prepared food, served with care. I recommend trying not only their hummus but falafels as well. They also have some sandwich options if you are on the way a prefer to take away some food and go.
