Gjelina has been one of the most happening restaurants in Los Angeles for over 11 years now. It's hard to get a reservation, however, you can walk up Abbot Kinney, put your name down, and they will call you when a table is ready. Plenty of great things to do while you wait for amazing food.

This is a fantastic place for modern Mexican food. I also happen to be one of the owners, so check it out if you make it to Santa Monica. Sit at the bar, if you are by yourself, or sit on the patio for a great ocean view. Amazing guacamole
