The property is about 8 miles, roughly 10-15 minute drive or Uber/Lyft from the Spokane airport; 5-7 minute drive (quick ~ 1.2 miles Uber/Lyft) to Downtown shopping/restaurants, Riverfront Park recreational areas, Spokane arena, and the Convention center or ~ 30 minute walk along the beautiful Centennial bike trial to downtown amenities. Gonzaga University is less than 3.5 miles from the property, ~ 10 minute drive. It is located near the city bus route, and on the famous Centennial bike path. There is plenty of safe street parking right in front of the property as well as private parking back of the property.
