Most of our local walks have several options, so you can tailor your outings for both time and distance.
The Box Vale Track is a disused train track that has a shorter or longer walking option. The shorter ends at a lovely lookout and the longer option - quite a steep decline, not for the novice - takes you to the falls and then either a round trip or you can make your way to Lake Alexander. We would recommend visiting the website should you wish to take the longer options.

A drive out to Fitzroy Falls will allow you the opportunity to take several different walks - hopefully spotting the 'not so elusive resident Lyrebird' and explore the fantastic visitors centre and shop. Paid parking is available at the centre, credit card payment is an option.
