Visit beautiful Windsor Castle, one of the Queen's favourite homes, set in wonderful parkland. Walk through the historic town, and explore St. George's Chapel home of the Knights of the Garter. From Windsor you can take the boat up the River Thames into London.

This is a beautiful place to walk and to unwind.
Henry VIII's palace, gifted to him by Sir Henry Moore. Situated on the Thames in wonderful gardens, the palace is well worth a visit.

A fascinating house to visit. Gilbert White was a naturalist of great note, and his family were friends with the Oates family so there are many photographs and artifacts from the ill fated expedition during which Oates lost his life. An excellent restaurant and pretty gardens completes a really interesting and fun day.

A wonderful place to walk and to enjoy the lavender plants and their perfume. Once the lavender has been harvested, you can still go for a delicious cream tea!
