I put Walgreens because if you need something real quick -for example let’s say you for got your hair brush and don’t want to go Walmart because of the lines..it’s very close to the condo, go out of the village and turn right. Turning left will have you headed towards Walmart towards Hot Springs (spa city)

Shopping & Entertainment in Hot Springs
Hot Springs is 20 minutes south of Hot Springs Village. Hot Springs is great for sightseeing, shopping and free concerts in the spring and summer time.
Bathhouse row has 8 bathhouses from the 19th & 20th centuries including Buck staff Baths with thermal baths.
Go out of village turn left drive 15 minutes and turn right go to the “gorge” turn left then at the end at the stop sign turn left

When driving through the village please watch for deer they are everywhere-including raccoons, possum and armadillos. The roads are curvy and narrow and best advice I can give is do the speed limit and don’t honk at the deer it makes them jump out into the road.

A Farmers Market is open in the spring and summer months and 26 miles of hiking trails.

Food scene
Dominos Pizza is back in the plaza where the Dollar Tree is in between that and the Post Office-behind Sonic’s and El Padrinos
McDonalds & Subway are right across the street from the entrance of the front gate into the Village. Dominos & Sonic are to the right going out the village (behind Walgreens) They are the only fast food eats up here in HSV/ Jesseville.

The food here is unbelievably delicious!!
It’s a little ways up highway 7 (take a right out of the village front gate and drive about ten minutes in Jesseville.)

Driving yourself is the only way to go anywhere here.
Back gate is not manned 24/7 so you cannot get in past dark or I should say past 8pm-only the front gate is manned 24/7 (where you came in at)

Another way to get around if your feet get tired.
When downtown this month looking at the Christmas lights is a must see! There is horse & carriage rides and when warmer out there is a few guys riding bicycles with a little three seater wagon attached pulling you up and down downtown Hot Springs. Bathhouse Row has 8 bathhouses from the 19th & 20th centuries including Buck staff Baths with thermal baths.
