Rental of kayaks and paddle boards with trailmaps. Our canal hooks up to the Pennekamp trails. People from KLK most often paddle these trails. See maps elsewhere in this book.
[There are other snorkel/ dive trip providers with 0 entrance fee. The KLK office and internet have information.
There are many charter fishing concessions as well.
All the waters off Key Largo are in the Pennekamp Florida State waters so you snorkel of fish Pennekamp waters without going through this park- just a different vendor.

Started in 1976. This is the original on the bayside - there is an expansion almost across the street a little farther South in the median.
All the fish is great, and we love the chirrasco steak. At dinner time we split one order.
