It will still include a palliative care centre & a new urgent care unit which will be open 24/7 and staffed by 25 Doctors & nurses.It will offer a walk in service for minor injuries & illnesses. If someone needs a higher level of care they will be transferred to Northern Beaches Hospital. Helicopters & ambulances will also be dispatched fro Mona Vale Hospital
