Transmet (as it is affectionately nicknamed by the locals) is a delicious pizza place located in downtown Athens. You can get a slice and a side salad for like $4. They have local beer on draft and good seating for large groups. Call ahead if you have a particularly large group. Plus, they are open late! You can't go wrong with any of their pizza options.

Pizza by the slice or whole pies, great choice for vegetarians and meat eaters alike! Full bar upstairs. Can't go wrong with this place. Don't let a long line scare you off, it moves quickly!
