The real old "Ligurian Traditional Street food" The people in Liguria was used yo have fast lunches every day eating this way. Fried fishes and squids wonderful vegetable cakes with the typical fresh cheese of Genoa called Prewscinsoea, chick peas panissa fried and other tasteful recipes. It deserves a tryal
