Sweet or Savory... that is the question. Maureen's Kitchen is an indisputable Long Island classic that will hopefully stay open forever. Have some time to spare because there will always be a wait, and its part of the experience to meet some of the other customers (also cash only). The place is homey, the staff is warm and the portions are generous. A specials board shows off their latest dishes which change on an almost daily basis.

Great breakfast and brunch place! The line gets long on weekend mornings, be prepared for a wait, but that's how great the food is there! Able to walk from house -5 minutes!
