ARACAMA is a Filipino fine-dining restaurant owned by Chef Fernando Aracama who offers cuisine influenced and inspired by the flavors of his cherished home island of Negros (an island in the Visayas region, south of Manila). Recommended dishes: Manok sa Tanglad, Krispy Pata, Kare Kare, Pan-seared Lapu-Lapu, all the Sinigang (sour soup) dishes and the "Old School Sizzling Sisig".
