An easy brunch spot with lots of outdoor seating. We like the Jerusalem Bowl with warm wheat berries, lentils, barley, zahtar chicken, roasted green chilies, bell peppers, fried eggs, yogurt.
Best Breakfast with an Outdoor Patio: Sycamore Kitchen (16 min walk) -- Another great spot for breakfast and lunch with a large outdoor patio to take advantage of the great LA weather.
Solid lunch place. Nice ambience and great food. Medium priced. Good outdoor area.
“There's an amazing coffee window to just grab a coffee and a pastry on the go! If you wanna grab a bite inside, it is gorgeous inside! And the line moves quickly! I love the brunch items, especially the kimchee fried rice!”
“A Modern American Churrasco and Grill – excellent food! (2.5 miles – an approx. 12-minute drive) ”

“Across the street from Trader Joe's. For those traveling with pet: there is also a PETCO in the same complex. ”
“Really popular sushi spot in LA that has a few locations. A little on the more expensive side but incredibly tasty. ”
“This big white modern space serves great coffee and offers two hours of free WiFi with every order. It’s a clean, peaceful, and large Midtown spot—you’re surrounded by people on laptops but it never feels crowded. They’ll also order you lunch from local restaurants—you can choose from a handful of take-out menus and they’ll deliver it right to your table. They have their own parking lot, which is a big plus in LA, and their coffee is up there with the best.”
