The Phoenix Garden is the best-kept secret in London's west end. Open daily, it provides a peaceful green retreat for local residents, workers, and tourists all year round and is a haven for a wide range of urban wildlife
Tucked behind Charing Cross Road, this is a super spot for a leafy lunchtime break. Look out for frogs and sparrows, which are thriving thanks to an enthusiastic conservation initiative.
A little known local oasis, run by volunteers. Started out as a bombsite and rose from the ashes. Little peaceful gem.
This well maintained garden is a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the streets around. Although a little hard to find, it is next to The Phoenix Theatre down St Giles Passage.

“French restaurant with a stunning interior design. Good food, has a lovely little patisserie next to it - pick up something there even if you don't go for dinner here. It's just next to Covent Garden.”
