The University of Utah
The U of U boasts a sprawling campus and Olympic stadium built when SLC hosted the 2002 Winter Olympic games. The campus has a bowling alley, art Museum, and fantastic views of the city.
This is one of the major universities in Utah. Since they sit up on the mountain they have amazing views and hiking trails all around. They also have a ton of events at the stadium when football season isn't happening.
