This was a popular field trip destination when I was growing up, but it also has really cool exhibits, usually involving space or dinosaurs. They have a planetarium as well which is also cool. My best friend is getting married here in the spring.

The Pink Palace has a wide ranging collection of historic, educational and technological attractions maintained by the City of Memphis, Tennesse and Memphis Museums, Inc. The Museum includes a CTI Giant Theater and the AutoZone Dome at the Sharpe Planetarium, Lichterman Nature center and historic houses. There is something for every age and ongoing special events throughout the year.

This awesome museum has an IMAX theatre, Tennessee history museum, natural history museum, and a planetarium all in one space!

Great place to see some of the local history, and it has a planetarium. Nice place for a family outing.
