Check out our Lake, Cayuga Lake. It's one of the deepest and longest lakes in America. Sit on the Southern-most shore and appreciate why the Fingerlakes Region of NY has abundant fresh water.
AWESOME park with a huge playground, lake access, grills for picnics, a carousel, sprinklers in the summer for kids, ducks to feed... what else could you possibly want?
Stewart Park is a beautiful park on the edge of Cayuga Lake. This park allows for a great view of the lake and offers areas to barbecue. You also have access to the waterfront trail which spans around 5 miles of the Lake. Great spot for biking, walking or running. Free parking.
“Fall Creek location. Local coffee roaster with delish blends and pastries. ”
“In the humble opinion of this host, Ithaca Falls is the most impressive falls in the Finger Lakes. ”
“Fantastic, lively regional fresh food market with amazing local mix of academics, locals and farmers. Located right on the waterfront so a great place to grab a quick breakfast or lunch and enjoy the view.”
“Great bread and sandwiches and fun atmosphere. Not the best bagels or coffee, but it works! ”
Health Food Store
“A small health-food grocery in the DeWitt Mall for basic (organic) food and supplies. Fruit, vegetables and pretty much anything else necessary for a good healthy (or not so healthy) meal is available. It's easy to get to, easy to shop, and easy to find something you've never tried before.”
