Unlike the usual taste we get from those offered by fast food chains, the authentic inasal is on the tangy side best eaten with sinamak.

Can't find the pin for this one - Nena's Beth Manokan /Pacita's. This is hands down my on the top of my lists for inasalan in Manokan country. The tourist and food blogs will bring you in Aida's but the locals will bring you to this spot. Oh, and if you're lucky and ask for a discount, the owner will gladly give you one ;)
