Lovely pub on the quay, great reasonably priced food, parking.

The passage is another nice water side pub further along the river exe from this location. But this pub is a good aground pub for food and ambience.

Great and just re-furbished pub on the quay. Fantastic sitting outside in the summer and a real fire on cold days. Good food too and loads of friendly locals. At the end of the road (roughly 15 sec)
