If you have little ones, you'll love the park at the main branch of Boulder Public Library. This park has lots of fun terrain, a giant sandbox and water features (turned on only in late spring, summer and early fall). And a big bonus is that it's right on Boulder creek so the kids can check that out as well. Great place for a family picnic!
