Just discovered this restaurant myself - haven´t been there yet, but it´s received good recommendations in Danish media. Nordic kitchen. Closed on mondays.

A sweet, rustic restaurant, unusually set within the 1.5m thick walls of a 17C gunpowder store. A mix of modern and traditional Danish cooking.. and with a large garden outside
