Since 2009, Tipsy Parson has been serving refined comfort food to the Chelsea community, aiming to make guests feel at home with soulful food and small-batch spirits. The menu of seasonal fare features Lowcountry classics like shrimp & grits, mac and cheese, flaky buttermilk biscuits, and house-made habanero and hot pepper jellies. The bar is stocked with an ever-changing selection of artisan producers with a curated focus on distillers from New York and friends in the South. And the space itself is a little bit rustic, a little bit modern, and entirely cozy.
Solid place for brunch or just cocktails at the bar serving Southern-style favorites.

“I go here at least 3 times a week - they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and a boozy brunch on the weekends. Be sure to make a reservation for brunch though as the wait piles up. ”
“One of my favorite bakeries - sticks to the traditional nostalgic flavors. I love their Banana Pudding and Banana Cake, along with seasonal items like a Pumpkin Whoopie Pie.”
