Excellent farm to table seasonal cuisine. Reservations are required and usually a day or two in advance.

Exceptional dishes and delicious foods grown in their garden. Changing menu, excellent service all offered in an elegant and welcoming farmhouse. (An hour's drive from Bennington, but so worth it.)
