an area of restored old buildings and a short train track, often live jazz on a Sunday afternoon over summer and other musical events at night , nice local brewed beer and food

Historic Nelson buildings placed in a beautiful park, lovely to stroll through. Also has a great brewery.

This is a heritage park with a mini town set up with heritage stores (many of them operating businesses). There's also installations and exhibitions explaining early Nelson life. There's a great craft beer brewery and restaurant on site too.

Founders park has many old Nelson buildings set out as an historic village with lots of old NZ history. Old transport including a steam train. You can also enjoy the cafe and bar.Or maybe take a picnic.
