'Traditional Italian Restaurant with Southern Italian specialities based on family recipes. Monnalisa was founded in 1962 in Naples by Nonna Umilta' , Carmine's grandmother Monnalisa's founder and owner in Malaysia. We use only fresh ingredients daily sourced by Carmine himself, all the dry ingredients are imported from Italy to keep the taste of our dishes 100% Italian. Naples is the birth place of Pizza and in Monnalisa we still use the traditional way to do it, where the dough is made with special flour from Naples and It is proof for more than 18 hours, the base is hand tossed, the tomatoes are imported from San Marzano and we use only fresh Mozzarella. Monnalisa truly Italian food'
