How can you go wrong with good beer and bowling. Go early if you don't want to wait for a lane as they get busy on the weekends.

Town Hall is in walking distance and also has bar and bowling alley.

bowling alley with a pub/bar style restaurant. The food is reasonably priced and quite tasty! This is in the old Nokomis downtown district about a mile away.
