Olympic Sculpture Park is an award-winning free public sculpture park owned and operated as part of the Seattle Art Museum, originally opened to the public in 2007. The park spans nine acres along the city's downtown seawall beachfront at Myrtle Edwards Park and was designed by Weiss/Manfredi Architects on the site of a former industrial area.

Take the time to visit the Olympic Sculpture Park, an outdoor extension of the museum that’s open to the public for free about a mile away at the waterfront.

Walk north along the Seattle waterfront past the Piers and docks into the fun and whimsical Olympic Sculpture Park to spark the imagination and delight all ages. Sit a spell and enjoy the trains, boats and view of the Olympic Mountains across the water. Stunning!

Beautiful flat walking path along waterfront with sculptures. Eat at fancy restaurant, Aqua, nearby to extend your visit.

With mountains on mountains on mountains and bodies of water in seemingly every direction, there are numerous parks throughout the Greater Seattle area that have fantastic views. But if given the choice of just one, I'm not hesitating before choosing the Olympic Sculpture park, with its view of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound. You also get the benefit of a number of impressive sculptures and art installations.
