Best bakery in Bishop (that's right I said it!) They also serve Black Sheep Coffee. Sierra Mud Cookies are outrageous!

Avoid the over-priced tourist trap of Schat’s and visit Great Basin Bakery. This local spot serves artisan bread, bagels, sandwiches, gourmet cookies, and pie. Some of the best sourdough bread in the land!
