From the bus interchange you'll be able to get almost anywhere in Christchurch. A casual bus fare costs around $4, and gives you free connections onto other busses for up to two hours. Purchasing a Metro Card for $10 will reduce your bus fares by almost half. To catch a bus to the interchange, get on the Purple Line from Ferry Road (near the end of Mathesons Road) towards the Airport and get off at the Interchange.

Bit of a walk but good for the keen walker. Bus exchange departs for everywhere from here. Parking building nearby to store your car too. User friendly and nice new building easy to use.
