A coastal icon, Fish on Parkyn blends coastal casual with an upmarket food vibe. This is a little more special occasion than others in my list and prices reflect this. They don’t advertise it, but it’s BYO which is AMAZING for a restaurant of this calibre. Focus on seafood, but a large range of other non-seafood offerings too.

Always great service. Excellent Seafood and pasta. Try the whole reef fish.
