We will take you behind the scenes, to and through iconic wineries and vineyards. We provide encounters beyond the expected, by ensuring cellars are ready, museum stock and rare wines are on hand for tasting, and that private spaces are available.
We will pick you up from your accommodation and transport you in a luxury vehicle to our first encounter at Yalumba. Here we will uncover the secrets of Australia's oldest family-owned winery. Our next encounter is one of discovery; lunch with one of the Barossa's emerging winemakers. We finish the day with a blockbuster encounter at one of the Barossa's iconic wineries.
Along the way you will be guided and entertained by one of Australia's leading wine communicators who also happens to be a Barossa local. No two tours are the same- Nick will ensure that your wine encounter with the Barossa will be truly unique.

I’m a Barossa local with ancestors dating back to the early settlers. After gaining my degree in Viticulture and then exploring the world of wine, I came back to the Barossa Valley 12 years ago and re-established my deep connection with this amazing region. I have had over 20 years experience in the wine industry and am recognised as one of Australia’s leading wine communicators.
In 2019 I was awarded the Gourmet Traveller Wine ‘Viticulturist of the Year’ and in receiving that award I was described as ‘ a consummate communicator with deep knowledge of wine as well as energy and charisma to turn even the most ‘dry’ subjects into something exciting’ (Blush!).
I’m always up for an adventure, a laugh and of course a few glasses of wine.
