I'm a two-time Olympian in beach volleyball, entrepreneur, mentor to elite athletes, co-founder of a college football award, wife of a Super Bowl champion, and a mother of three.
My life is full of reinventions, which didn’t happen by accident. I grew up in communist Bulgaria. With a degree in Biology, I started a career in pharmacology but after watching beach volleyball in the Olympics on TV, a childhood dream re-awakened and I set out to qualify for the Olympics. In two short years, overcoming incredible obstacles, I went from "weekend warrior" to an Olympian.
It's all about MINDSET - through engaging stories and games, I share the lessons I've learned - things each one of us can do to get what we want in life: career, family, friends, purpose, authenticity, and meaning.
