Take in the beautiful view from the second storey deck where you will find a barbecue and plenty of seating. This place is great for a family to escape for a weekend or to have a relaxing week. We are equipped with baby gear to make things easier for little ones. The lake has direct access to OFSC trails. Ask about snowmobile arrival packages. Or ice fishing amenities.

Meet Corky, a clean, pet friendly 3-bedroom cottage is directly on the beach and features beautiful views of Lake Nipissing as part of a small 4-cottage resort. Come and unplug and reconnect at this secluded off-grid eco-friendly bio-responsible solar powered cabin on 91 acres of land 4 hours north of Toronto. The property includes 10km of private trails, forested areas, open clearings, beaver ponds and an abundance of wildlife. The cabin is adjacent to Crown Land with many trails for hiking, biking and snowmobiling and a nearby secluded lake. The property is 1.5 hours from Killarney Provincial Park.

Cozy guest cabin located at the back of our spacious property on beautiful Lake Nipissing. We are in West Nipissing, specifically Sturgeon Falls, 30 minutes West of North Bay. This is a one bedroom cabin with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out couch, TV and dining area, full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, full bathroom with shower, ceiling fans. Bar-b-q is found on the deck outside.

Little retro lake house (3 floors) + sauna

Welcome to our cozy retro lake house, next to Lake Nephawin and nature, but just a minute by car away from the dining and grocery shopping options of Four Corners. We are always looking to improve. On September 19 2025, for example, we replaced the queen mattress with a new one, replaced the twin bed with a new one, and replaced the foam in the seat cushions of the living room sofa and matching chair.
