It’s the perfect place to enjoy a classic spritz or ombra (Venetian wine pour) paired with cicchetti, Venice’s version of aperitivo. This lively, no-frills bacaro will give you a taste of local life. • Stroll to Palazzetto Pisani, a hidden gem inside a Baroque palace, and try the Red Priest cocktail, which I created. Join an art collector and chef for an exclusive private meal in my bohemian apartment, located in a palazzo that overlooks the Grand Canal. • We’ll begin with an aperitivo and some cicheti (Venetian tapas), surrounded by my contemporary art collection. • Next, we’ll enjoy a three-course meal celebrating Venetian culinary traditions. Each meal will be paired with a 1/2 bottle of white, red, or sparkling wine from the region. • Throughout the meal, I’ll share insights into Venice’s rich gastronomic heritage, including its deep love of seafood and the role of spices in the city’s commerce and cuisine. You’ll leave with a sample of my homemade artichoke liqueur or a spice mix unique to Venice

Get ready to learn about Venice’s relationship to the Adriatic Sea through an immersive, narrative wine tasting. You’ll dive into the history and geography of Venice through food and wine pairings at a classic osteria—an Italian restaurant offering wine and a small selection of food—nestled among the canals that set our city apart. • We will begin with an overview of my osteria, Adriatico Mar—including why we work exclusively with natural wines from small, independent producers that prioritize natural fermentation methods—and the prevalence of osterias in Venetian culture. • An ancient map will guide us through the story behind each wine you taste as we delve into the history of how wine arrived in Venice, where and how it was sold, who drank it, and why it became integral to city life. • Over three tastings, you’ll experience how a wine changes every 10 minutes in the glass—with new flavor elements emerging as it opens up—while eating carefully selected Venetian charcuterie, cicchetti (small bites), and traditional uovo alla veneziana (Venetian-style eggs). You’ll walk away with a rich sensory experience and a deeper understanding of Venice’s unexpected connection to wine, as well as a newfound awareness of how sustainable wine production can be one of the many tools at our disposal to help preserve the environment

During the 2.5 hours experience you will taste best street food Venice has to offer while you stroll around the hidden gems that only a local could know. Feel the atmosphere of the hustle and bustle Rialto Market, which has been whetting appetites for seven centuries. Be rewarded while you taste local specialties and admire colorful seasonal products. Enjoy all the amazing monuments and district in the city together with me! Do not miss the chance to admire some of the main sights of the city, such as Campo San Polo, Basilica dei Frari, Campo San Bartolomeo and more. Sink your teeth on the finest cheese made by locals, traditional pastries, and the famous Venetian tapas, known as cicchetti, snacks or side dishes, typically served in traditional "bàcari" (venetian bars) loved by locals when they think about relaxing or having a “happy hour” after work with friends. Prepare to feast and be regaled by wonders of art, history and food! Together with me you might meet my team of local guides: Ana, Iola, Vanessa and Denys! Please note: I CAN accomodate vegetarians. Different to the other large company tours you see around, it is only ran by me and we will be in very small group of max 6 people. What will we do? I will take you to 4 typical and classic bacari and osteria of Venice - away from tourist hot spots - that have been around for many years and truly care about the food and drinks they provide. Murano Burano Torcello in an exclusive traditional boat

You'll board my bragozzo (named Narciso), a typical traditional Venetian boat that I have tastefully renovated to revoke her old beauty. The tour I'm proposing takes around 6 hours; we will start from the Zattere toward the Venetian lagoon's most beautiful, famous and charming islands: Murano, Burano and Torcello. The first stop will be Murano, where you can admire the glass working in an authentic historic factory. We will continue towards Burano, where you can wander about her worldwide famous-coloured houses and see the traditional handmade lace. In a few minutes, we will arrive at Torcello island, one of the oldest and most significant settlements in the north of the lagoon, surrounded by the native landscape of the salt marshes. You can also have a break for lunch in a typical restaurant where you can taste the local food and relax. Eventually, we will be heading towards the quiet island of Sant'Erasmo and through the San Marco basin to land again on the banks of the Zattere.
