Primitiv Træhytte beliggende i skoven. Tæt på Bredeådal (natura 2000) med fine vandre og fiske muligheder. Draved urskov og Rømø / Vadehavet ( UNESCOS ) er osse inden for rækkevide i bil. Der er en effektiv brændeovn, 2 vintersoveposer (catharina defence 6 ) med tilhørende lagenposer, samt alm dyner og puder, tæpper/skind osv. Bålplads, der kan benyttes når vejret tillader det. Hytten ligger 500m fra gården. (adgang med bil) hvor i kan benytte jeres private bad, toilet. incl. brænde/kul.

Anneks - udsigt til mark og skov

Læn dig tilbage, og slap af i denne rolige og stilfulde bolig, og nyd udsigten over det bakkede terræn, med skoven som nærmeste nabo. I tekøkkenet, der indholder køleskab, to kogeplader og vask, har du mulighed for at lave morgenmad og frokost. Det opleves som om annekset ligger i landlige omgivelser, og dog ligger det i gåafstand til midtby og strand. Det ene af anneksets værelser tjener som Masterbedroom. I det andet står en sovesofa som mod merbetaling kan give plads til en/to ekstra gæster.

Guesthouse (annex) 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Velkommen til vores dejlige sommerhus i Arrild ferieby. Huset består af entre, køkken og stue ud i et med brændeovn og varmepumpe, nyt badeværelse og to værelser med nye dobbeltsenge. Sommerhuset ligger ud til en skøn naturgrund, hvor man fra stuen/terrassen ofte kan se rådyr og egern og samtidig er der under 200 m til svømmehal, indkøb og legeplads. Du suchst einen aussergewöhnlich schönen Platz, an dem du deine Seele baumeln lassen kannst und der "wilden Welt" entfliehen kannst? Dann bist du hier goldrichtig. Unser "Klabuni" ist seit 1960 in Familienbesitz und wurde 2021 komplett neu aufgebaut. Ein wunderbarer Platz zum Entspannen und genießen.

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Mulighed for leje af babycampingseng eller ekstra gæsteseng til børn. Hver lejlighed har egen terrasse med aftensol og møbler. Gården ligger i skønne landlige omgivelser ned til Alssund med egen skov og sandstrand samt øens bedste fiskevand. Beliggenhed 7 km fra Sønderborg centrum og kun 1,5 km til lufthavnen.

Sie befindet sich über dem ehemaligen Stallgebäude und ist umsäumt von einem großen, eingezäunten Garten mit Blick über die Wiese. In der 84 qm Wohnung sind das Wäschepaket sowie Handtücher im Preis inbegriffen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, bequeme Betten und ein großes Kuschelsofa machen den Aufenthalt zu jeder Jahreszeit gemütlich.
