19 century house-Parna’s tadiontal home

Parna Cottage is a traditional wooden house in Samegrelo. One of the oldest buildings in the area, the house is 127 years old. Once you enter our cozy balcony and begin to take in the view, you will gradually get that special sense of joining the tradition and the natural world. Come and stay in the lovely residence, go swimming in the Abasha River at the foot of the garden, and dine in our restaurant while it serves home-cooked Megrelian food.Toilet and bathroom is in the first floor of house.

This is for those who appreciate quiet, clean relaxation and a return to a simple and basic lifestyle. Each room has its own balcony, with a total of 4 balconies per floor. A new, stylish kitchen is available for communal breakfast and dinner. The house has all the necessary appliances and household items. Apartments have a AC only in Living room, wich is enough for the whole apartment.

This unique place has a style all its own. This ethnographic house is over 300 years filled with modern furniture. It has 5 fireplaces, 2 bedrooms (with one of them having a double-bed), 2 sofa double beds, and all the necessary furnitures. You will also have access to a projector which will display the screen on its special curtain. Also we have an exotic garden. Here you can visit the Jikheti monastery and it only takes 30 minutes to get to the airport or the sea.
