The Project House

Built in the 1930’s as one of the Irwinville Farms project houses, it served originally as home to project farmer Randolph Martin, his wife Estelle, and their children, Frances, Betty, and Jimmy. The house and farm are still owned and operated today by descendants of the Martin family. The house is situated in the middle of a actively working farm consisting of row crops, such as peanuts, corn, cotton and cattle, so guest may experience sights, sounds, and smells that reflect such.

Janelle’s Cottage

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.

Located on the property is this listing; Genesis House, which is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a 20x20 screened-in porch. This two bedroom country cabin is secluded within the pines. It has a most cozy feel. The front porch swing and rocking chairs allow for the sounds of nature and a peaceful cup of morning coffee. It is located on a dirt road (about 1 mile from the paved road) with the closest neighbors about a mile away.
