A beautiful and tranquil setting, you will find it peaceful and relaxing. Facilities include a double bed in the main bedroom which can be split into two single beds, and a sofa bed in the lounge area. The property is a converted attic space and therefore has a sloping ceiling so be careful not to bump your head! We are in the heart of the Whisky Trail with many distilleries nearby, so a visit and a wee dram is a must! OTHER ACTIVITIES - FISHING, CYCLING, WALKING, HIKING and BEAUTIFUL BEACHES

Our guests will have full use of the self-contained former "Servants Quarters" & we promise not to ring the bell expecting you to bring us G&T! Fully refurbished and styled by Pam of PamPicks, her quirky mix of vintage & curious items make it a super place to spend time with lots of unique pieces to take your eye....some of which she may let you buy!

Easy access to local town with all amenities, you can't get a better location. Dog-friendly with direct access to woodland walks and cycling trails. A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Snuggled in the heart of Speyside (between Aberlour & Rothes), Calderwood Annexe, is the perfect base from which to explore the world famous Whisky Country, Scottish Highlands, Cairngorm National Park and Moray Coastal Trail. Self check-in is available if required. Self contained annex with spacious, south facing bedroom with access out to the garden which guests can use. We are 2 minutes walk from the river and can direct you to nearby hills and lochs where scenic walks can be enjoyed. There is a cosy, friendly pub just round the corner which serves home cooked meals all day. They welcome "muddy boots, kids and dogs". We are dog friendly too so please feel free to bring your well behaved dog along.

Self Catering accommodation located within the Cairngorms and the Glenlivet Crown Estate A quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle, ideal for couples who looking for a secluded country location. The accommodation is a separate annex to the farmhouse which dates back to the 1700’s and was once occupied by John Grant the founder of the famous Glenfarclas Distillery. The Speyside area is famous for its distilleries and the Glenlivet distillery is located 5 mins drive away.

Telford view is accessed through the top of garden at Bridge View B&B with its own off street parking. It is a spacious modern flat with all mod cons and open plan kitchen / sitting / dining area leading onto a balcony with views down to the river and Thomas Telford Bridge. It has a double bedroom with memory foam mattress and wet room next to bedroom The parking and flat are all on one level ( no steps)

The East Wing, Craigdam

Welcome to our secluded stay between Tarves and Oldmeldrum. Cosy room with plenty of outside space to enjoy. the room has tea and coffee making facilities, and a mini fridge. Also provided is continental breakfast. Although this is listed as a private room as it is part of our home, it is separate from the rest of the house with its own bathroom and front door.
