This private guest suite is nestled in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to a small, yet serene, ornamental lake. The Villa is only a half a mile from Loop 289 and is a quick, convenient drive to anywhere in Lubbock. Texas Tech, Covenant Medical Center, and UMC are minutes away and many restaurants are available within a mile of the villa. Guests will enjoy a relaxing stay with a private balcony along with a newly remodeled kitchenette and bathroom. A park with paved walking trail is one block away.

This is a studio home; the bed, living area, eating area, and kitchen all share the same space. I love the bathroom, primarily for its large bath tub. The Little House is nestled in a quiet and kind neighborhood, and it's conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores, a bus line to Texas Tech, the loop, and more!

Enjoy your stay in this soothing, comfortable, house filled with natural light in a quiet neighborhood. Just blocks from the Tech football stadium via the pedestrian bridge. This house is close to museums, downtown, Convention Center, Buddy Holly performing arts center, many restaurants, and has quick freeway access. Come enjoy a cup of coffee from the Keurig and watch cable TV on the smart TV, or explore Lubbock. You will have keyless entry with your own personal code.

Welcome! We hope you love our house as much as we do! The Cozy Corner is the perfect place for a short or long stay in the good ole LBK. #1 is a two bedroom two bathroom duplex with a soft couch sure to fit that fifth wheel or extra kiddo comfortably! With its bright and clean decor the Cozy Corner is sure to be a great stop on your next trip to Lubbock.

Country Guesthouse

This is a private country setting that is quiet. This trailer has it’s own separate entrance with a big concrete pad, table and chairs, with umbrella. It is 12 minutes from Texas Tech and 9 minutes from LCU. There is a full supermarket 6 minutes away. Convenience store 2 miles away. Levelland is 20 miles away and Shallowater is 8 miles away.
