Welcome to the "Lucky Lady" and thank you for your interest in our property. We have spent the past few months completely renovating and furnishing this awesome place and everything is brand new. We have 4 queen bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 den areas, gourmet like kitchen, pool table room and theatre room. Plus, there are 2 outdoor living spaces that include a dining table, fire pit table, hot tub and Blackstone grill. The Bristol Casino is in our backyard and is literally steps off the patio.

The backyard patio includes a play house for children with swings, slide, and zip line. Creeper Trail access from stay via the Abingdon Urban Pathway.

Hoss’s Tiny House

The tiny house is located behind a big garage with a large gravel parking lot. It is very secluded and quaint away from the main road. The parking area is behind at the back porch on the tiny house were you can sit and enjoy peace and quiet. We are 1 mi from South Holston Lake. 2 mi from Creeper Trail, 6 mi Main Street Abingdon, 8 mi downtown Bristol, 10 mi Bristol Speedway. We have farm animals in the fields beside the tiny house that are very friendly. All the farm animals enjoy visitors.

Campside Cottage

Campside Cottage--a vacation retreat located across from Camp Burson at the entrance of Hungry Mother State Park in Marion, Virginia. Relax around the campfire, hike or bike the many trails, lounge on the beach with a good book, or cast your line to catch a big one! Enjoy the beautiful views of the Appalachian mountains while paddleboarding or kayaking Hungry Mother Lake. Don't forget to go shopping or sample the restaurants of America's Coolest Hometown! Enjoy your stay!

Step into an inviting, cozy space in this updated 1930's Craftsman home! Centrally located in Bristol, and close to downtown and King University. Pets welcome! Plenty of driveway parking. Covered front porch. Living room with plenty of seating. Fully equipped kitchen, along with washer and dryer on site. Big back deck has ramp for easy access to the yard, which is fully fenced. Both bedrooms are furnished with new, high-quality linens for the ultimate at-home experience.
