Conveniently located a mile east of downtown. Near Lakeside Park & the River Greenway Trail, a few miles from the Zoo, Coliseum, museums, restaurants, and shopping! This uniquely tranquil and private upper suite (entirely separate from the main house) offers a large room with a new queen bed and a new sofa that converts to 2 comfortable twin beds (a bit tight if both used). Good sized bathroom. fridge, microwave, and coffee-maker. Enjoy the fresh air on your private deck! Contemporary decor.

We have 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds- 1 soft pillow top mattress, and 1 firm memory foam mattress; to better suit guests different preferences. Smart TV located in the living room. We have an enclosed patio with monopoly table for play. Close to embassy theater, zoo, coliseum and more- We can help with easy directions!!

Only 5 minutes from shopping, parks, trails, restaurants, library and 15 minutes from downtown. Enjoy park-like setting, use of pool during Summer (shared), and large yard. 2nd bedroom available for add'l $. We will rotate pool use if other guests are here. No pool parties. If you are at your wit's end, this is your country retreat! You can fill the house with 8 people or just enjoy the quiet setting of this old farm house alone.
